Fresh coffee.
This dunkin donuts does not use the hot plates and glass carafes that you see all over nj and some ny shops.
Unlike, the nj dunkin donuts, you can count on getting a fresh cup of coffee here. They use the more expensive insulated carafes. This ensures you get the fresh coffee that you are paying for.
Low staff turnover. Staff knows their customers.
In nj, the staff of dunkin donuts just knows how to work the registers and you frequently get stale coffee. The staff in this shop is professional and friendly.
As is typical in dunkin donuts in Staten Island, they are very kid friendly
Child / booster seats are available. Kids are offered a munchkin or two with a smile. -

Worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to they charged me 75 cents for ice !! In my coffee they also get your order wrong every time and there extremely nasty extremely cheap with there product

I came here a few times already.. It's not your same old dunkin donuts.. This one is all kosher only! The staff is nice a little hard to speak with due to the language barrier. But all said and done I doubt I'll stop coming. There are many things where they need improvement.

Not a real Duncan Donuts. Strange menu not adherent to standard format. No bathroom usage for paying customers and employees are rude. Though it is seemingly clean inside, to the side of the building it is filthy with garbage and roaches. This location has no business being in the Duncan Donuts chain. They should just stick to gas stations. I will not be returning.
